They were very professional and explained and answered all our questions. We were close to a deal but could not get it done. We were buying as a cash customer. It was used Honda Civic. Not all used cars are equal and this one had a little wear and tear and was a little overpriced in my opinion and we did not even get a counter offer which was surprising.

I purchased a new veh. years ago dealership was good to deal with. Now years later thinking of replacing that car, dealer took us on a test drive on a new leftover. The car use has a mechanical issue, kept bucking. Sales mgr. told salesman to get another car after we told could not consider the purchase. My Wife and myself were left were left sitting at the salesman's desk several times while his sales strategy was being planned. We were ready to lead when he finally came back. Excellent customer service. Will was very patient with us since we live more than an hour away. He stayed after closing hours so that I could pick the car. Love the car and the kids can’t atop talking about it . I would buy another car here. The price was very reasonable too.
