Samsung not right with the front end when I went there they say it just needs some Grease and they are going to charge me for this how it could be while I have a warranty for the mechanic issue for one year

I saw this car when it first posted and there wasn’t a price yet. I contacted the dealer. Casey from sales responded back to me and said that it was recently traded and no price was given. I asked her to let me know when it was priced as I live an hour away. I explained to her that there was no point to wasting my time or hers if it was out of my price range. Not pleased at all. I was very disappointed, It felted like he was hustling me. He also was not trueful about the financial company that they was using. I have excellent credit and he was was using a secondary leader but he told me he was using several bank in order to get the best rate. I have credit alert I was notify by credit alert agency that is how I learned that they use secondary leader. I would have gone to my own bank for the loan. Horrible experience. Had gone with proper communication and price negotiation all the from Delaware. Manager never came out to talk at dealer location. Agreed price was denied. And made me wait unnecessarily. No star deserved
