Sloan is exceptionally courteous and professional. I left him a message on a Sunday and he responded promptly. He came out the next day with all the tools and parts to complete the job right the first time. My fridge runs like new. I will enthusiastically recommend Sloan to all my friends and family and I will use him for all my future appliance needs.

I called sloan at 825am after cancelling on our appointment the day before. He stopped eating his breakfast and was at my home in no time. Great Service and an even Better price. Believe me everyone who KNOWS me can tell you I don't like to spend money but the price was great!!!!
