My dishwasher lost power prompting me to contact Sloan for the repair. My call was met with a next day service call with a 20 min heads up to arrival. Sloan diagnosed the problem as a simple fuse and return the next day for the repair. No up-charge or added fees, Sloan did the job quickly and professionally despite it being a low end repair. I give them my highest recommendation and will use them in the future!
Very friendly, professional service that came out as scheduled. Scheduled appointment for 11-1 for a washer repair and came out as scheduled. Would definitely use again and recommend others as well.
Very good customer service from Jessica. My GE microwave is arcing, she explained to me that it is not cost effective to have it repaired. So I guess I'll go shopping for a new one.

Fast service on a Friday when others couldn't come out until Monday frig fixed on the spot $155.00 better than buying a new one professional prompt service
I highly recommend Sloan. Sloan, the owner, came out yesterday on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our oven and fixed it today (again on time) at a very reasonable price. Hopefully, this will prolong the need to spend $2k + on a new oven.
