These people are amazing. I called around 9 am and Jessica was very personable and friendly. Sloan showed up around 1:30 the same day. Yes....I said it...THE SAME DAY. Not only did he fix the dryer, but he also cleaned and serviced the moving parts. He did it for exactly half the cost of another company I had a quote from. I suggest you put them in your contacts right now so you don't forget them. Great service at a great price.
I called 2 days ago, left a message. Not even a return call. That's not good customer service!!

Amazing, 24 hours after Hurricane Matthew, luckily our power was restored. #thanksjea But our refrigerator struggled to catch up...and it never did. After I called Sears, 4 days before they could get to me, said there were alot of people in my area that had refrigerator issues, well duh..... #searsfail and 3 or 4 others, no one answered and that was understandable. When my refrigerator stopped working I didn't know who to call but looked at several repair shops and their reviews. I went with Sloan and am very glad I did. He came out promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately. Very reasonably priced as well. I will be calling him again soon for a problem with my stove.
