Sloan is honest, expert, reasonable and prompt. I am so glad my friend recommended him to us, after we had had a bad experience with another small-business appliance repairman. My father is 98 years old, so it didn't make sense to buy a new Gas Oven, thank goodness Sloan was able to repair the one he has!

Excellent service. Experienced and honest. Repaired both my Kenmore washer and dryer as well as my Jenn-air stove oven.
They were not able to do the unusual job that I needed to have done but they did point me in the right direction and were very professional. I will definitely hold onto their names for future repairs.
If I could give 20 stars on this review, I would. I truly can't say enough good things about this company. Jessica's customer service over the phone is stellar! I was constantly kept in the loop as to when I should expect Sloan to be at my house and he they made time to come to me the same day I called. Sloan is really helpful and honest and will do as much as he can but will also let you know if the job is beyond what he's capable of. I will always call them first from now on and plan to recommend them to everyone!
