Very poor service was told that a have some sort of sleep disorder no one could explane to me what it was told all this by a administrator and i hade to hire a sleep machine did not even get to speak to a sleep physician when i asked a Question was told that they where not a physician on top off all that was given a report that i did not understand for i am not a docter the place is run like a circus
Loved the technicians very good service
Had to prove payment of bill multiple times, accounts team are extremely rude
Was referred by my doctor who faxed through the referral tried to ring them no answer sent a request via website that was 4 weeks ago get a reply today to send the referral to them via email I complained that referral was sent they replied back stating I could take a few weeks to get back to me worst customer service ever I am going back to my doctor to refer to another sleep test company
Called to get an appointment after a referal from my doctor. Was told to email it and someone will call me. No one called me after a couple of weeks so I called to be told the same story... someone will call me. A month later I walked into their office in Palymyra and got an appointment for a sleep study. Was sent an invoice and asked to pay$255 for it first which I did.
