If you are looking for a company to install gas logs, stay away from Sleep Easy. Their technicians don't know what they are doing and the company does not stand behind the products they sell. I was told by a company representative that they couldn't help me with my faulty product I purchased from them because they were "just the installer." There are many fireplace companies throughout the metro. Find a different one with knowledgeable technicians and leaders who stand behind the products they sell. They did a great job and were reasonably priced!
They got the job done right away and I?m very satisfied.
Job was for gas fireplace inspection. Service rep at the house less than 10 mins, and in that time tried to upcharge us nearly $400 for unnecessary costs. No confidence in the inspection, and not smiling about the rush to add more expenses. Never would recommend this company to anyone based on the lack of work quality and price gouging tactics employed.
The work was to replace a chimney cap.
