I've been a patient and a visitor at CRMC and while I highly recommend the labor and delivery department, I beg that anyone needing emergency or geriatric care SEEK ANOTHER HOSPITAL! Nurses and NPs in these departments are cold and uncaring. They don't Care for the elderly at all, and they don't have enough staff/rooms to care for emergency patients.

My husband was seen in the emergency room On February 6 while he was in the emergency room the staff that was taking care of him took his gold chain off him while doing that someone took his gold cross now the cross is missing. 2-12-20-Update the hospital refuses to reimburse my husband for his gold cross that was taken at the hospital. It doesn’t do any good to talk to customer service I filed a police report. PLEASE if you have a loved one With valuables please take them off before you take them to Cookeville hospital!!!!!... read more
