Service was great just little noisy on end of hall next to service elevator
Nice view from the 2nd floor. Every nurse and assistant have been so polite and helpful to me.
May dad, Sammy Winfree, was there for almost a week and never received a bath. He was there for 6 days and didn’t give him a bath. Even after I had specifically asked the nurses to do so. Huge 👎🏻 from me.
Was passing through on a trip to the west coast, went to the ER for an injury I had sustained 3 days before, one of the best ER docs I've ever had treat me, unfortunately I have been in ER's a number of times & I'm a retired ER nurse. I had a fractured patella & an infection from a cut on my foot. He was very thorough & didn't miss anything.
The staff is, by far, the best I've known from Florida to Washington state and everywhere in between. The physicians are outstanding and the nurses amazing. Administrative staff working behind the scenes are genuinely courteous and helpful.

My brother has spent several surgeries and extended stays at Cookeville. The surgeons, doctors, dietary staff is exeptional! Unfortunately the quality of care relies directly on the nursing staff, which is " stretched to thin". Doctors and dietary can order patient meds and supplements to enrich patient care, but if they never reach the patient ....unfortunately this is the case to many times. Suggestions : double check what's ordered is given!
