AWFUL. Absolutely terrible. My mother had a seizure and they provided NO information. The employees were extremely rude, especially the ER nurse, Kyle. My dad works at CRMC as a social worker and they treated him like crap. Shame on this place. Had no sympathy. Tried to get a hold of the director and what do you know? No answer. Lost all respect for this place.

Very nice staff and was seen quickly. I was only in the ER for a hour.
Never in my life have I experienced such horrible and terrible service as I have from this hospital. When I got out of surgery I was in such incredible pain because I was not given proper pain medication. As a matter fact I didn’t get any after major reconstructive ankle surgery. Until I had to ask for it and then I was laughed at by a nurse cuz of the amount of pain I was in. I was in shock & still am. They still didn’t give me enough pain medicine. Makes no sense. My thirteen year old was sent to the ER. Dr. Hill, Melissa NP, Lauren RN and X-ray staff was above and beyond in caring for her. DR. Hill and Dr. Kriskovitch has waisted no time in getting her back on her way to good health. The pediatric nurses are awesome. The food service and housekeeping kind and thoughtful. The lady who cleaned her room brought her a rose..💕Thanks for making this stay as pleasant as possible. It takes every member of the team to make a excellent facility. Thanks for a job WELL done!
I don’t recommend any hospital right now. Me having to wait in the car while my husband has surgery is absolutely ludicrous.

Yesterday , I went to the doctor. She wanted me to have some test, immediately. She sends me to Cookeville ER. After 4 hours, I walked out. Didn’t sign a discharge paper or anything. I was furious. They did not remove the blood pressure cuff or my bracelet. I couldn’t even twist the bracelet around on my wrist. I ended up ripping them off, as I was walking out.
