Something that should have taken an hour and fifteen minutes has passed that time already. I come to the hospital for an infusion at 10:30 it is now 11:57 still no infusion. I’m beyond upset. I have another appointment set up for today located an hour away at 3:15. I can’t cancel or reschedule that appointment.

The nurses are wonderful.
Honestly 100% shocked at how many rude employees work here who are willing to scream and cuss at people at Walmart for asking them to wear a mask. You would think with people working in health care they would know to wear one. But instead they yell and scream at the people at the door. Idk if I’d want anyone at this hospital working in me if that’s how the nurses act. What a shame...
They have awesome bedside manner. Everyone I had the pleasure dealing with was really nice.
that staff is great. an Tier 1 has been on top of things. Dr. Roberts is great !
Surgery scheduled. Missed the call about arrival time and immediately called back but since they waited until end of shift to notify me got no answer when I returned their call. Scheduler did not leave time in message and nobody there all weekend so have no idea when to show up on Monday. Should have gone to Vanderbilt in Nashville.
My daughter has been dealing with a double ear infection for nearly two months and we were referred to Dr. Sanford. Dr. Sanford advised her ears were fine. The very following day she had a follow up with pediatrician who stated she still has a double ear infection. I contacted Dr. Sanford’s office and had to leave a message about what her pediatrician stated. I never received a call back and the message was left nearly two weeks ago.
