I placed an order in Nov. only 2 pieces of the 9 showed up and of those 2 only 1 was not damaged. I can not get answers and nobody will pick up the phone. Of course they had no problem taking my money. I would not use these people run far far away from them.
I can not recommend a company that takes my money, does not deliver the product and refuses to provide me with any information about my order. Additionally will not return my phone call, emails or texts. This behavior borders on fraudulent activity and thus possible criminal activity as well. In fact the company owner, Michael Smith, was contacted twice and has not had the decency to respond at all.
We ordered a bedroom set, and paid for it in full, on 11/27/18. The first time it was supposed to be delivered it never showed because “the shipping company lost it”. The second time it actually arrived but was completely damaged so we did not accept delivery. As of today we have not received our set. Our phone calls not returned. Do not order from these people. You may never get your order. I have ordered a bedroom set six months ago and still waiting to receive all pieces. Initially they are responsive but eventually they stopped responding to your calls and emails.
Horrible customer service
We purchased a table from Sleek Modern Furniture on December 12, 2018. Today is February 1, 2019 and we don’t have the table...or a tracking number...or even an estimated ship date. We’ve had the pleasure of exchanging 26 emails and spending over and hour (during 4 phone calls) with Amanda, Catherine and Kaley. They've always been polite, but only offered excuses, not solutions. They could improve by actually sending the product and not presenting as fraudulent, extracting money from my credit card without actually admitting that they didnt have the product (30 days later). 2 different orders failed. I should've learned from the (more milder) first to Stay totally away!
Order never shipped to me.
BEWARE we ordered over a month ago still no response of shipping contacting credit company today
