Both orders 205007 & 205027 are over due. The 205027 was confirmed to have been in stock when ordered 28 February yet still nothing. Even phone number doesn’t work says account locked. am definitely anxious to receive these items soon or Is it time to have my money refunded? I guess absent of responses I have to go back to my financial institution?

SCAM company will send you broken furniture and never replace or get your money back... no customer service available no one ever returns calls or answers email

costumer service. I have yet to hear back on an order placed a month ago. It said i would have it within 15 days.

Placed an order for a table in the middle of March. They said there was a 5-15 business day for the item to ship. It’s well past the shipment date and I have contacted the company multiple times. Emailed them, called, left voicemails as well as other people in my company. They never answer their phones or emails. Horrible. HORRIBLE business. Thinking to just cancel the order and get a refund. Not worth the time and hassle to get a simple response. They are horrible with dealing with customers.

I ordered something the middle of March with a 5-15 business day ship date and I have yet to receive anything even though it’s well past 15 business days. I’ve called and emailed over ten times with little to no help. This is unacceptable. Do not recommend buying from this company.

Placed an order 5 months ago. Still has not been shipped. I have contacted them about 20 times. They are almost impossible to communicate with. This company should not be in business

Have been trying to get the patio table I ordered for literally over a year. tried changing to another one twice just to try to get anything, all you get is a lot of I'm sorry . I have reiceved damaged items and no items, this company is unreliable , you can rarely even get a customer service rep to pick up and dont believe the 24 hr return phone call msg cause it wont happen.

Placed an order on 2/23/19 and have not received anything. Catherine responded to two emails, but not helpful. I have sent them four emails and left two voicemails. They charged my card on 2/23. Do not buy from them!
