Poor management. Two appointments and management had NO idea I was scheduled. Third (and final) I received a cancellation at 10pm the night before my 9am appointment. Voice mail told me it was rescheduled for 3:30 and they were closed when I arrived. No one answered the doorbell or phone.

It is the worst place ever. The owner is very very very very rude and yell at people. I bought a groupon for hair laser removal and no result the hair regrow back. She is not professional. On my second appointment I had emergency and I went my appointment late 10 minute she yelled and yelled and refused to do the treatment for me even she refused to reschedule another appointment for me.
