****WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY**** I have written 2 reviews in my life, this will be the third. I bought the Extra Large package for $334 to remove hair on my back. The first appointment I went in and met Anna who was nice and the place at the time was about to be renovated, thank goodness because it was so outdated. I laid down on the table, she rubbed COLD gel on my back, turned on the laser removal machine, rubbed the wand back and forth for about 2 minutes, wiped my back down and that was it. BAD experience today with this rude women she is sooooooo rude with people. I bought a groupon for full face I went like 5 times ZERO result. She is so rude, she yelled at me, and sent me out of her place. To me she is an unprofessional person. Don’t waste your money IT’S NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!
Stay away from this place, worst place ever to do any laser service, horrible place and very unprofessional staff, specially the owner ANABELA PIEDRA very rude, she does not have license to work or even for her business!!!!!
I bought a ground on December 2016 for 6 extra-large area. Started my treatment on January 05th. In February when I got my second appointment I bought another extra-large package and started it on February 11th. I had an appointment booked in August 16th for my last treatment for the pack I bought in December and 5th for the one I bought in February, but I was in the hospital so I called on the 14 to cancel it. Very bad customer service. Ana called me few weeks ago last minute to cancel my appointment because her employee got into car accident. I was ok with it. When I had to reschedule my appointment because I had flat tire, didn't pick up phone , tried 5 times. Finally she did and didn't believe me that I called, she had no voicemail on her phone so she can prove people wrong! Asking me to pay $75 to reschedule appointment. She hang up on me!! Worst experience ever. Bought a groupon and I was on one of my last sessions and they lost my appointment twice. I walked in and the owner was at her desk with no clients and said she could not take me. I even had a confirmation email and she yelled at me telling me that it was a fake email from them even though I even confirmed my appointment with them. Rudest place I've ever been to. One good thing about the place is Emily. I love her, she is very sweet and kind and knows what she is doing.
The worst Place on the face of this planet , she gives you an appointment and once you arrive , she tells you in a very Loud Screaming and Rude way , that your appointment is not today. Regardless to the confirmation you have , she stills denies it , screaming , and threating to call the cops . Stay away from this place People.
