I was pretty disappointed in my experience. It was probably more of a personality conflict but I was not impressed at all. Communication was incredibly frustrating. My house photos were terrible. They were so rushed and he included a picture of my messy garage.

Chad sold our family home 4 years ago while negotiating and helping us design our new build. He just sold said “new build” and helped my children’s father with his new, new build and my own new to me 1910 Farmhouse flawlessly. His professionalism during this joint/non-joint process was second to none. Chad, Kim and their team work together to make sure all needs, anxieties and seemingly unrealistic requests are met with timeliness answers and results.
