I think they could do more to give you a better estimate. There's always hidden charges and this and that. They have been in business long enough, and seen plenty of patients to give a proper estimate of how much you'll pay out of pocket!! At least say what the insurance doesnt cover and tell you the fitting cost! Instead, i got a cheap estimate, and the reality was $85 over my budget.
