My Dr told me that my headaches and vision issues are most likely caused by a wrong eye prescription. When I called Skyview and asked if they could check the prescription they gave me, they said I'd have to pay for a whole new prescription. So now I'm out an eye exam, contacts and glasses. I can't even wear my glasses because the prescription is so wrong. Very frustrating.
The employees were very rude and kept rolling their eyes at many of the customers. They also have bad attitude when you show up for appointment or walk-in. There's no friendly environment with customers. Also I saw many of the young girls just laugh and goof off in the back not doing their job and on their phone.
If you have to pay out of pocket for anything, make sure that you file a claim with your insurance carrier for reimbursement right away. Otherwise Skyview will file a claim against that and receive the money and you will be out of luck. I had to pay for my contact lenses and Skyview filed a claim against the contacts claiming the cost was for the contact lense fitting.
