The Gondola was quite overpriced, while the "Gondola and Buffet" package was a more reasonable deal. The buffet was perfect for me with fascinating view and delicious food. I had a wonderful time there. However, when I left the Skyline, I was told to buy a photo at $39, which was far more expensive than the Gondola itself, and didn't make sense at all. I urge that photo shouldn't be printed unless there was an order. I felt so ashamed for the waste produced by this sales strategy.
Great Experience and beautiful scenery with a fantastic variety of food
Accidentally purchased a 10 person pass to the Queenstown luge instead of the Rotorua luge which cost me $173.00 but the lady behind the counter wasn't able to transfer it to the Rotorua branch. Kinda stupid since it's the same company. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful but she was going to chase up a refund. I hope so since I haven't heard from anyone at Skyline😔😠
