You guys are about as useful as a pack of shorn sheep, stupidest place in the world, you have the busiest day of the year & you close up at 5pm with a 40min wait for the luge! Get more organised!

Great ride, great experience but awful and unfriendly staff, what a shame really. You really should do something around this, especially the people around the luge, very pretentious, unprofessional and unfriendly
