Love the luge however yesterday only one chair open due to a breakdown at the other ramp. It was a nightmare... huge queues and a 15 min wait for the chair lift. We forefitted 3 luge rides because we needed to leave at a certain time. No refunds but would give us the rides for the next day. So due to 'their' isdue we would have had to pay another $30 for an adult on the gondola plus $15 for a child to go and use up our three luge rides... not happy at all!
Love the place apart from ques, one luge not open and then other chair lift had a problem. So we arrived at 10-40 got on gondola at 11.10 , family ticket 10 luge tickets, great value Left at 3.30 and only managed 6 rides to my sons upset, so not so great value Will I go again? Don't know �

Hi Fred, due to a technical difficulty out of our control we only were able to operate 1 chairlift. We apologize how this affected your experience, the issue has now been rectified and we were honoring all left over luge rides today. We hope to see you back soon!
