It's a lovely view, fine but chilly day with the breeze. We must of gone on am extremely busy day. The wait time for luge said 30 mins but actually my daughters and partner waited in the massive line for first time riders and it was 1.5hrs before they actually got to have their first ride. Wouldn't go again but glad I took them.
It could've been awesome but was SO full and busy it didn't live up to expectations. We didn't even get to use all of the rides we paid for and waited over 45mins just for one luge ride. Doubt we'll return
Bought the $175 family pass with 20 luge rides for five of us at 2pm Nobody at bottom kiosk told us there was over an hour wait for each luge ride. Absolutely impossible for us to fit in four rides each. No staff patrolling the arrogant queue hoppers either Feel very ripped off
Gondola ride I could give or take as it was definitely a rip off for a single ride but going up to Stratosfare for dinner was a different kettle of fish. The buffet food was outstanding... definitely a step up from anything I've had anywhere in the southern hemisphere... it was nearly as good as Vegas. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and the view over Rotorua was fabulous. A definite tourist must do.
A refaire absolumment par un temps plus chaud. Les enfants ont adorés, la vue est magnifique, l'équipe est très serviable et professionnel.
Such a neat place.. Price could defently be more affordable.
