Somebody hit my daughter while riding luge and he didn't say sorry. I told a guy who work at the luge end but he didn't do anything. At the first aid station, there are no spray or something for the hurt skin. We are South Korean and we are traveling New Zealand. My daughter still feels pain in her hand.

I liked it.... the services and of course the infrastructure. ... I went on a rainy day thot it's gonna be worst but you actually enjoy there when there is little bit of rain.. The amazing thing is the LUGE and the bike track... Woohoo
discount should be offered when not all the luge tracks are open due to weather/manintenance, helmets also need cleaning they stink like poo, simply use baking soda and water to clean helmets to rid sweat smells and for hygiene
Not as good as it use to be Staff were good cost for the tourists is quit excessive when you can't offer things discount is the usual thing like other places we when to did not good Skyline
