Center console was completely rummaged-through, with contents left sprawling around the passenger seat and floorboard. Lack of clear communication about timeline and status of the repair. 0 Star : My Experience After repair was completed I showed them the issue with warning light and a scratch on the rear left panel. He offered to keep it and “buff it out”. Next day he reported everything done, but warning light and electrical issue not addressed. They did polish the scratch, but didn’t offer to repair it.
