Tried SKY out for the first time last night. I had never participated in a spin class before. They have a friendly, helpful staff, welcoming atmosphere, and your first ride is FREE!. I look forward to returning and recommend it to anyone.

I participated in my first spin class a couple days ago with Christine. I was really nervous because I've never been to a spin class before so it was all new to me. Christine immediately helped set my bike up, gave me an overview of the bike, and was so helpful for my first class. I loved that the lights were off so I didn't feel like it was a competition and I could go at my own rate! The music and atmosphere was great and Christine motivated you to the entire ride. Such a fun atmosphere! I am glad I did the 39 a month package it's really a great deal! I leave sweaty and satisfied everytime.

Participated in my first ride yesterday with Christine. Loved the fact that she offers your first ride free, got me in the door and trying a new fitness class. She was very accommodating to new-comers, helped me set up my bike, answered questions, etc. The class was challenging but she was super motivating, and it ended up being a fantastic workout. I'll definitely be coming back.
