I have been personal training and spinning faithfully now for a little over a month. I can honestly say I have taken classes from every instructor, and loved them all. All different, all great. I love the atmosphere, spinning is dark and training is private. I have never felt intimidated or not good enough. Even on my worst days I still get told what a great job I'm doing. Sky Sport is great! You work hard with a great group of people. I started going there 6 months ago and I immediately felt welcome by everyone and always look forward to my next class.
Always a wonderful experience and atmosphere! The instructors are extremely helpful and I love that I leave feeling great/empowered/healthy/positive!
