Skipper's food was delicious, had no problems. I go for the music. I will be there on Sept. 23rd for their anniversary celebration,.
While the music venue was good I did not enjoy the food while I was there. My son ordered the Gator Nuggets and could not even chew some of them. I tried a couple to make sure he wasn't just being picky and found them very tough. I ordered the fried mushrooms and found them to be over battered and bland. The event was a charity event and the musical talent was fantastic. It was raining intermittently and there was adequate cover for most of the outside guests during the rain.
The Wahoo nuggets were amazing! Blackened! The hot wings were very good!! Tickets to Red Elvises..... Boom!! I need a swing man lol

The Grouper fingers are awesome!!! The balls of mashed potatoes and seasoned meat was outstanding. The seasoned fries may be the best I have ever had. The beer was cold. It was just so dn hot that it made the dinner uncomfortable and almost ruins the ambiance.
