No frills in the concert area. Order your food and drinks at the bar and pick them up when they say it will be ready. We had oysters on the half shell and were small but good. We also had fried green tomatoes and were the best I have had. Where else can you get 2 drinks under $10.00? The band Show Biz Kids was amazing Steely Dan songs.
Bring a cushion if you go to see a band Food, lower expectations, parking, good luck. If you see a band you want to see, eat elsewhere and bring a cushion

Love Skippers, go there all the time! But I do have one question, is Skippers now a dog friendly restaurant? Over the past year on two separate occasions two members of my family had their dogs at Skippers and only moments of getting there a staff member asked them to leave with their dogs, They were told dogs were not allowed in any area of the establishment.
