We've been hoping that Skippers would re-invent itself here in Boise and it has! Bright, well decorated, clean, and best of all - the great skippers food we used to know! We'll be back! Hey, and the staff's not half bad either.
We stop every time we are in Boise. Always good food and service!
You see a lot of advertisements for hot, made-to-order food, and all too often you end up with a stale, lukewarm meal taken from under a heat lamp. Every time I have eaten at Skipper's, however, they have always remained true to that promise.
