Avoid this place at all costs. I had a horrible experience and found the staff/owner very rude. We have the best health insurance one can get and they don’t cover this place. If you need a skin procedure, try a different dermatologist. If you’re looking to be pampered, just go to a quality spa.
I've been a patient at SkinGym for a few years, primarily for mole checks - I have very fair skin. Since last fall, I have been visiting more frequently as I'm getting ready for my wedding this spring. Ashley has been so great to work with. She recommended the best treatments for MY skin, and has been so detailed and thorough. I can see the results and am so happy I can look my very best on my wedding day! I can't thank Ashley and her staff enough!

The first time I step into to this clinic I love it, but 5 th time going, no one ever Explained me about there policy, so always txt 2 different numbers, and the day of the appointment has no way to drive because snow and bad weather so txt the number that I would be able to make, never a response, 1 week later $100 bill for no call and no show a guess 1 txt it was not good to put my life in risk, never coming back to this place again! Editing my previous review to just report the facts. 1. I visited Skingym multiple times. 2. The procedure they implement for a billing service is consumer-unfriendly and multiple times I was either left hanging in the process or did not have my calls answered. 3. When I contacted Skingym directly (both in person and by phone) about the billing issues they referred me back to their billing company. 4. When it comes to my health, I prefer to see the same staff member at each visit who continually works with me on my concerns.... read more
