I was seen on Friday, and was very impressed, I received my first treatment, I can’t wait to see the results. Staff and Dr. was very professional.
Can’t believe how bad this place runs their accounts! I have been waiting almost 2 months for a refund check. I have left voice message after voice message in their phones. Finally got through to them after 5 weeks of trying and they advised that the checks are ready but the owner is running behind, this is exactly how you are not supposed to treat your customers!
I'm so disappointed with the service I received today. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm just getting started with my treatments but I will be happy to go elsewhere due to very poor service.

I've taken my step daughter for many appointments with dermatologists that have not been able to help her. I made an appointment at Skin Specialists and within two visits, she has never been so clear in her life! We saw the PA Sarah Sadiq and she is an absolute gem! I'll be referring all my friends!
I went to Skin Specialist of Addison location needing a dermatologist closer to home. I had a cyst that required removal from my face. Jackie Hanscom is the best! I ❤️ Her passion she has for this career. Her personality is warm and bubble. She gives me life each visit I attend. I definitely recommend everyone to see her for any type of facile peel or microdermabrasion or cool sculpting.
