Every employee at the Allen Location is so RUDE ! Never will we go back!!! Getting my husband's medical records from them and going somewhere else!
RecommendedMy daughters were seen today by Dr. Rodgers PA and we had a very good experience. She was very personable and answered all of my questions. The office also gave us quite a few samples so that we could test out what works best before purchasing.
Just had my second visit with Dr Rogers and I LOVE HER and the staff. They are so kind, listens to the issues and concerns and ADDRESS them immediately, just overall great care and consideration for patients! The doctor is always late so expect to wait a long time in an ice cold room. The staff will ignore you. They are rude and unkind and always playing on their iphone or Ipads. They treat you like a cow going to slaughter. You are a mere interruption of their screen time. The doctor is disorganized and can't remember a thing, scattered because they choose to close at 2:30 in the afternoon they rush you so you cant get the attention you deserve. Skip this place! You deserve better!
I am very disappointed in this office - left message end of business last friday that my pediatrician insisted one of my kids get back into see them for a follow up for condition that they were treating that was not getting better - in fact much worse. (The PA's advise was to put a bandage over the areas of concern)!!!! - First time they can squeeze us in is 5 days from now. Unacceptable! Time to find a new dermatologist!!!
First time patient and was thoroughly impressed with my first appointment. I have been suffering for about 5-6 weeks with a itching sensation in my legs and started to breakout almost like hives. I couldn't sleep and tried every over the counter antihistamine and anti-itch cream on the market. I called and they were able to get me in next day. Highly recommended she is an exceptional derm. I havnt had clear skin in over 6 years and I tried everything. I went to her and she put me on one tablet, a night cream and a day cream and my skin was clear in 6 weeks. I've been to over 8 derms including dr. Blackburn and trinity dermatology in Carrollton. No one could help but her she is exceptional
I have gone to Sarah in Allen several times for lip injections. She and her team are awesome and their work is almost painlessly. It’s worth the hour drive for me. Sarah can fill the lips and make them look natural…. my lips still look pretty good! Definitely Recommend!!!
