Love this office! The staff has always been friendly & courteous. My 8 year old is tough on his glasses, and they are always able to squeeze him in to get them fixed. Dr. Skibo is quick to answer any questions we have and address any concerns. Dr. Skibo, Debbie, and Cindy do a great job of explaining things to my son at his age level.
Got me right in, same day, for a vision problem. Did a complete check for any problems. And explained every detail. Everyone was so nice and friendly.
I like the Dr and have followed her since her days at Sears. I talked my wife into trying her and we have both referred multiple friends to her for more than a decade. I just tried to get an appt for both my wife and myself and was told we can’t get in till Oct. I was told they were taking on so many new clients they can no longer set appts in a timely manner, so we will be finding someone new for eye care. As far as my experience, overpriced and under concerned about patient's problem. Billing method confusing and they have no desire to explain it to you. I will certainly use any other eye care business in Mt. Vernon.
Tom and I both are very pleased with Emily and her staff.
Dr. Skibo is the best! I highly recommend her. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.
