We got out Standard Schnauzer from Skansen at 4 months old. Now she is almost two and we could not ask for a better furry baby: great with our daughter, protective of our house and incredibly gentle and cuddly with our family. Thank you for this healthy, beautiful and smart companion.
Skansens is definitely the place to go if you want to add a new family member. Sylvia picked the perfect pup for us. I like Sylvia's honesty and not beat around the bush. She is one great lady with alot of wonderful pups. Keep up the good work.
I have been speaking with Sylvia since 1988 about the Giants I have had. I was finally able to meet her in person in 2014, I feel so honored to know her. We purchased two absolutely wonderful giant puppies from her then and they are incredible!! Skansen dogs and the staff and Sylvia are just AWESOME! Thank you all!!!
Had a wonderful Giant from Skansen that we lost 6 yrs ago after 10 great years. We now have a 5 mo. old mini that Sylvia picked for us and she is the greatest. Skansen is a great breeder!
These people at Skansen Kennels are Great, and their dogs ,,,,wow.
We have 2 great dogs from Skansen. Best ever!!! Sylvia and her team picked them for us since we live on the east coast. A white mini who is now 4 and a black standard who is now 1 1/2. I did visit the kennel with my dad who was a veterinarian now retired. He was very impressed with the place and the way the dogs were kept. Thanks for being such a champion for this breed.
I love their dogs visited the kennel when I was 12 before I got my first pup from them and enjoyed seeing all the giants, a few got out of their kennel and I expected the staff to put them right back up but they let the dogs run free because they knew the dogs weren't going to run off and just wanted to greet their visitors. I immediately fell in love with the breed right then and ever since.
