Highly competent and compassionate Veteranary Clinic We've been taking our dogs to this animal hospital for over ten years now. We've owned a few pure bred dogs - Pembroke Welsh Corgis and Brittany Spaniels. The doctors and staff seem very well informed about issues particular to a breed. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
Skadron Animal Hospital The previous review is correct. It is unusual to feel that you are cared for by such smart people. They really care and are so so capable. I have occasional medical issues myself and I would like someone to care for me like Dr. Skadron does. I don't understand medical terminology very well and I just love having it explained to me in a way that I can understand it, by people who care that I get the picture. Great place.
What can I say about Tom Skadron??? I took my very first pug to Tom in 1994 and have never left Skadron Animal since. I have acquired two more pugs and a chihuahua, and all of them only see Tom. I have moved all over the metro area during these past years, and have always chosen to make the drive to see Tom. He knows his field and takes the time to explain all your options. "Best in Show" that is how to describe this Veterinarian We drive 180 miles round trip to bring our dog to see Dr. Tom Skadron. He is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up to date on the latest veterinary procedures, medications and trends. He has up to date digital technology in the office, something you do not see everywhere. We are confident and trust completely in Dr. Skadron's recommendations for our dog. Fantastic Vet All of these reviews are 100% accurate about Skadron Animal Hospital. My family has been taking our pets there since I was a little girl and Dr. Skadron's father was the "Dr. Skadron" in the place. When I tell you that these people care about your pets as much as you do, I mean it! We had an emotional roller coaster of a ride, and our road ended us at Skadron. By the time we had gotten to them, our last resort was euthanizing our amazing, loving dog. We had been to multiple vets over the course of a week, and had spent thousands of dollars already.
