Skadrons have been part of r family for 40+ yrs. Tom is the best. Anytime I would panic & think something was wrong he checked Chloe & reassured me she was fine. All the staff were very friendly, confident in the job they did, & VERY caring & understanding. Last Monday we had to put r very beloved princess Chloe Elizabeth down. Unfortunately Dr. Tom was on vacation so Dr. Clausen was there & was very caring & gentle. Feeling so appreciative of Dr. Tom Skadron for saving our kitty Blue's life! After three nights at Skadron Animal Hospital receiving treatment for bladder stones, our kitty is back home and seemingly feeling better than ever! Dr. Skadron is so compassionate and generous, and also so intuitive and smart we are so happy we made the choice to bring our pets to Skadron Animal Hospital!
Who said there are no heroes left? Last night when my dear puppy Sammy was lethargic, drooling and not able to stand, Tom told us to meet him at the hospital. Once we got there panicked and in tears, Tom and Teri took Sammy under their care. After many tests and attempts to find out what was the toxin that had been ingested, we had one more test to do. I will always remember the excellent and heartfelt care that Dr. Tom provided to my sweet Border Collie/Lab mix named Chica. She tore 2 ACLs, one right after the other. After much research on my part, I decided to have Dr. Tom do the first surgery (and the second was a no-brainer!). Chica recovered so well. And even after all of that, she always loved to go to the vet!!
