Scott is the best... ESPECIALLY if you’re blonde!!! (or want to be :)) I seriously can’t recommend Scott enough. I’ve been to a lot of hairdressers over the years, and no one in the area has done blonding like he does!!! He just gets it from the tone to the perfect brightness, literal LIFELONG HAIR GOALS. A lot of people can do bleach and tone but it takes real skill to get it just right.
