Scott was so efficient and organized. I felt extremely comfortable and he was so thorough and down to the detail. His report was easy to read and understand. It was so helpful to have text messages and email updates from him when payments were due or reports were ready to review. He knew so much about the home and was extremely nice and friendly.
Scott was absolutely wonderful! He made the appointment around my family's schedule. When it came time for the inspection, he arrived early and was extremely thorough. Anything that myself or a family member had a question about, he was able to answer with knowledge about the standards of each type of room or material. Scott was fantastic! As a first time home buyer, I had plenty of questions and Scott made the process super easy. The house was only a few years old but he pointed out things that I never would have come across. Committed to assistance even after I took ownership. Scott was professional, polite and knowledge. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. The snacks he brought were well needed and enjoyed!
We recently built a home and were having issues getting some things fixed. Not only did Scott see our issues, he found several more that we never saw. Friendly, Reponsive, all for a great price. I highly recommend.
We highly recommend Scott for your home inspection! As many other reviews concur, Scott was early for our scheduled appointment and had the exterior of the home inspected by the time we arrived. He meticulously inspected the home, explaining everything in detail as he went along. His report was very thorough and included great pictures, recommendations, and a maintenance list. As first time homebuyers, we are very grateful for Scott’s work and the confidence he’s given us to take on a 100+ year old fixer-upper!
He always is waiting for you at the appointment, he's there 15-20 min early and he does an excellent job. The report is very detailed and I do recommend him to everyone
Scott did a great job for us. I really appreciate how fast he got back in touch with us through the process. He was very thourogh and detailed in his report. He was able to work right alongside our realtor to coordinate the inspection. Afterwards he went over the report step by step and answered all our questions.
