First time buying a home and Scott Z made the inspection process very simple. He’s very thorough and explained every little detail he saw. Very easy to work with. I highly recommend Scott!
Scott was easy to book and pay for my inspection. He was very accommodating with our busy schedule. He was early for our appt, and performed a very thorough inspection of a home we were purchasing. He caught potential concerns that the sellers inspector did not. His recap was very detailed and easy to understand. He was available to answer additional questions even a week after the inspection.. highly recommended!
Highly recommended. Scott did a 'walk and talk' with us prior to placing an offer on a house. He also did our official home inspection after the offer was accepted. He is always available to answer questions we had and scheduling was prompt. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of home construction, new and old.
Highly impressed by Scott. Scott was extremely thorough in his inspection report and comprehensively walked me through the property pointing out both plus and minus points and really filled me in on how the aspects of the home fit into the area. Highly recommend.

I was impressed with the job Scott did recently inspecting a home for my buyers. He was thorough, explained several things to the buyer, provided a very good report with a lot of photos that not only called out areas of immediate concern but provided recommendations for maintenance and future.
Scott helped us with a pre-listing walk through of our home. His suggestions, helpfulness, and thorough knowledge were very helpful. We will definitely use him for our future home purchase!!
