Scott recently inspected a home we were considering purchasing. He was extremely thorough and very easy to talk to. He personally pointed out issues to us and explained things in easy to understand terms. We received our very detailed report as well as a summary for quick reference. He even brought snacks! I found Scott by needing a new inspector for my investment properties. He is very thorough. He is professional but down to earth. Not only does he inspect everything but he shows you the problems in person to let you know what all is wrong. The report included photos of the actual problems and how they needed to be corrected. He is open to answer any questions you have, which is wonderful when you are getting an inspection on a home you have no history with. I truly enjoy working with Scott. As an Agent, I work with Inspectors very regularly. Scott is very thorough and doesn't try to scare my clients (unless they truly should be). He is very straight forward about the condition of the property but explains it in a way that educates my clients, so they can make fully informed decisions. Scott will always be one of my "go to" Inspectors!
