DO NOT MOVE HERE Living here has been extremely frustrating. Management ignores safety and maintenance concerns and does not follow through on repairs. Despite being advertised as dog-friendly, they are not, and management disclaims responsibility for the dog park even though it is heavily marketed. Residents have no control over heating or air conditioning due to a centralized system. There is little heat in winter and unreliable AC in summer.
