I applied for six forks station apartments on the 18th of August stating that the unit will be ready for move-in on the 23rd. I get a phone call from a woman stating that the unit is no longer available, but next one will be ready on the 30th and will be ready for you to take look at unit on the 28th. Move-in went smoothly and the smart features are extremely cool
My girlfriend and I stopped by last week to tour. I was honestly hesitant about touring Six Forks Station after reading some of the reviews, but I’m so glad I went anyway. Kiara gave me the tour, and she was incredibly informative and professional. Update** Jerantea finally directly reached out to me by email, after weeks of ignoring me, that he needed the bills to send into Duke energy, he would get it taken care of and get back to me. Weeks passed and I didn’t hear anything, so I called the office and after a week of trying to get in contact with someone I was able to talk to Jerantea. He told me he thought Duke had taken care of everything and he would personally reach out to follow up and call me back that Thursday or by Friday. Shockingly, he never did. After atte... read more
I never leave a bad review for places as I believe, people only speak on the bad things rarely the good. I also try not to take any reviews I read as the be all tell all, as people may have different experiences. However, these reviews are accurate. I had a awful experience as well.
