Their website offers a preference for morning or afternoon delivery. I chose afternoon. The driver showed up before 8 a.m. and dropped the tree off in the front yard, about 75 feet from where I wanted it. It weighs 500 lbs and I had no way to move it. Management is not responsive and uses the excuse "we are curbside delivery" when their website doesn't say that. Great experience here ~ super friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to answer questions and assist you in finding what you need. They are busy, so set your expectations accordingly, but I highly recommend as the quality of their plants and trees is amazing. They also have extensive experience with local landscape designers if you happen to need a recommendation.
