El Cajon store couldn't sell the product I needed due to licensing issues that they are working on. I had to drive to the Kerney Mesa where the employee was very helpful. Answered all my questions and brought my items out to my car and loaded then since I had an injury.

Their staff is very friendly and informative - even for beginners like myself. I ended up purchasing the wrong size, came back for the correct size, and got my fresh order refunded. No issues. My only recommendation is to tell the staff at the cashiers to move a little faster. All three of them seem to be very slow. I was the second person in line and took like 15 minutes for my turn.
