Their staff is very friendly and informative - even for beginners like myself. I ended up purchasing the wrong size, came back for the correct size, and got my fresh order refunded. No issues. My only recommendation is to tell the staff at the cashiers to move a little faster. All three of them seem to be very slow. I was the second person in line and took like 15 minutes for my turn.

Today my dad and I needed an 8 inch schedule 35 pipe and our sales representative Rich took great care of us and very knowledgeable. This was our first time in the store so shout out to Rich! Thank you again for excellent service!
