Must be nice to get proper care. My Father Didn't!!!!!! Floor 3 caused my father to get a UTI that almost went septic, due to FORCING STRAIGHT Catheterization... HE SAID NO, THEY STILL FORCED. THEY ALMOST KILLED HIM. . Then the 4th floor nurse Dana. Didn't strap my father in his wheelchair, causing him to fall and receive a massive contusion and bruise on his forehead Dated April 8th 2018. To Recommend Sislin Rehab I Could Give my Awesome Recovery from a Head on Auto Accident which Left my Leg's Broken; I began January 11,2003 going 3X Weekly; & Thank You, Jesus, I Set/Met my Goal to Walk Alone w/my Walker by Christ's birthday December 25,2003 w/Help from Steven Gilchrist/Physical Therapist There!
They didn't do anything for my mom. She had a stroke and seizures and has trouble walking. They didn't improve her condition at all!! They didn't even keep her there two weeks. Just a little over a week. I would never recommend this place to anyone. She has insurance so I don't know why they didn't want to help her. It was like they just didn't give a crap!!!
My brother was sent to Siskin after a very bad car accident and had traumatic brain injury. they had him up and walking on day 2! they worked with him, and was patient and took AMAZING care of my brother. my family and I are so happy that he was blessed to go there for rehab. he had 2 of the best nurses ever, Nicole and Jenni!! I cant thank them enough for all they did for him. He got to come home today after 4 weeks and is doing awesome!! I highly recommend Siskin for rehabilitation :)

I’m horribly disappointed in my stay at Siskin. Within the first 24 hours, they almost let me fall; made me use a bed pan because they couldn’t find a walker to help me stand up to get to the bathroom; I developed an allergic reaction to - I still don’t know what - and they had my medication incorrect. At this point, I’m not sure it’s worth trying to find another place to go, but I have no confidence in the nursing staff’s ability to adequately care for me.
Rebecca Weant is a incredibly awesome amazing physical therapist at Siskin Outpatient Therapy Center! I highly recommend her ask for and request Rebecca as your therapist! Siskin Outpatient Therapy has enabled me to move forward and not to suffer from my inner ear vertigo usual problem I have faced for many years now. I can now move forward confident that I do not have to suffer greatly anymore.
