They have not picked up our garbage in 3 weeks. This is a a "garbage" company.
I haven’t had pickup service in close to 3 weeks with this company. I have been loyal customer for 7 years and this is the treatment I get in return. I’ve called 4 times into this office now and they keep advising someone will be out right away to pick up my garbage but still nothing. I finally called this past Thursday to let them know I am switching service due to no one there providing their service I’m paying for. They have not picked up on our schedule day and when you call them the line is busy
terrible service. they throw recycling in with the garbage and some garbage gets thrown in the recycling. they shouldn't be in business here in Sioux Falls SD.
So I haven't had a pick up from sioux falls sanitation in three weeks , had to hire a new service, they promise to pick up and do not, if you can talk with them, they put their phone off the hook all day any u get a busy signal. Sent them a letter to cancel service because they aren't delivering any service. I have left two messages with this company with now and no response. Absolutely awful. No communication. Missed our garbage pick on more than one occasion. Claim to offer recycling but throw everything in one truck. No apologies for messing up.
They screen their phone calls. Don't return messages. And don't follow through with what they say they will do.
Have failed me the whole month of May
