I had a clogged toilet that began flooding my home. Called Benito first thing in the morning on a recommendation from my entire neighborhood - and he did not disappoint! He was able to fit me in that day, roto rooted and scoped my main, removing the clog (cracked pipe and a ball of tree roots). Unbelievably unprofessional. Instead of showing up at the scheduled 10:00 a.m., he decided to roll in at 7:00 a.m.—because who wouldn’t love a surprise wake-up call at a major apartment complex? Clearly, tenants’ time and comfort come second to making sure his workday ends early. Lucky us, we got the 7 a.m. “special.”

Had a leak going from a toilet through to my garage ceiling. Was able to get an appointment with Benito within 48 hours and he was able to fix the problem in about half an hour and cost was reasonable and fair. Friendly and gets the job done!
