This is the best gym ever!! They care about your needs and they pay attention to the needs of the elderly!! I enjoy both pools especially the Aqua arthritist class in the therapy pool which the water is very nice and warm tempature. Having Ostio Arthritist is the worst kind of arthritist anyone can ever have! In the mornings it's so hard to get going but after my class I have more energy, a lot less pain and could move with a lot less pain throughout the rest of the day and have more energy!!!
