I love everything about the Healthplex, and the staff!!!
Everyone is so nice and professional! It's my favorite place to go for physical therapy.
I have been going here for the last year and I love it. Great trainers and classes.
Never thought I'd ever go to he gym on a regular basis. And would never have thought I'd get up before the roosters to do it! But Lisa and the team here at the Healthplex make it so easy to stay motivated and have fun!
If you're an early bird and want some good cardio and strength training, come try Lisa's pump and step classes. Pump is Monday and Wednesday at 5:15. Step is Tuesday and Thursday at 5:45. It's some good stuff.
